I think so, since it is just like any other VISA card, just preloaded with a limited amount (like my debit card, although sometimes I forget that it doesn't have unlimited funds, LOL)

I think you are asking if you can use the rewards $ you earn on your purchases with the Disney Visa for S/D - if so no as S/D are not owned by Walt Disney World.
