Can you pay member dues monthly?

I was just wondering if you could breka you monthly dues into monthly payments? I think it would be alot easier than paying $1,000 lump sum. TIA!

Monthly payments via a direct bank account debit can be set up by Member Accounting at no additonal charge.

There is no way to pay monthly by check or credit card.

Short answer--Yes.

Long answer--you have to have it set up with MS to draft your checking account--either the 1st OR 15th of each month, I think.

Call Accounting--they can give you exact details.

I'm almost positive you can do that. Call MS & ask. On the other hand why not open a small savings account & pay yourself each month. While the interest is almost not worth it, you are still earning something & in a pinch you can borrow & pay back. It takes a bit of dicipline but why not, then just pay your dues when it comes due.

Absolutely. Mine is paid in full and I get monthly debit. You hardly miss it!

After speaking to dh he actually brought this up. While almost 5% isn't too much in our ING it is an extra couple of bucks for our trip that year

If you set up the direct debit, you can also opt to pay off the balance via a credit card at any point. I let them take monthly installments for 6-7 months until the balance is something I can afford to pay at one time, then pay it with my Disney Visa to get the DD.

Ours is paid in full and we have the direct debit every month....it's the 1st of the month (or the first business day if the 1st falls on a weekend). Very convenient and painless! Don't all of the Guides offer members this option when they purchase? Or did you buy a resale and it wasn't brought up? Just wondering.
