Can you pay for one time use points with a gift card?

See title. 7 month window coming up and might need 19 extra points to make the reservation. I have direct points that I can borrow, but since the reservation will be at an O14 resort, might consider just purchasing OTU points instead. Anyone know if they take disney gift card as payment? Thanks!
