Can you order stuff from a WDW store?

We just returned from WDW, & really wanted to buy the light-up Christmas tree hats with character "ornaments" for several family members. (It's sort of like a green Sorcerer Mickey hat for Christmas.) Hubby decided we were too pressed for time to get to the airport, & besides didn't want to carry a bunch of hats in our carry-on... so we thought we would try to order them on-line when we got home. But I can't find them! Any idea if there is a way to get them, or purchase directly from one of the stores at WDW? I tried a couple on-line Disney stores, but haven't seen them. Thanks in advance for any ideas!

Try calling WDW Merchandise Mailorder (407-363-6200) first. If that doesn't work, then you could try calling a specific store.

Yes! I just did this! You can e-mail them at WDW.mail.order@disneyworld.com. Add as much detail as possible about the item you are looking for. They replied that they would get back to me within 72 hours and it was under 24. They can get you the item # and then you can call and order.

There were 2 things my dd6 really wanted in Once Upon A Toy in Disney Marketplace. I called the above # when I got home to order. One was easy- the Cinderella Castle playset. The other was a small Belle playset and I couldn't remember the name of it and they couldn't find it in the computer system. But I knew exactly where it was located in the store. But they said the public could not call that store so they tried and could not get through. Very frustrating. Then I called again and I got the most helpful woman and told her exactly where the item was in the store. She got my # and said she would keep calling the store and then call me back. She got through to the store and got the Belle item!
After all this, I saw the exact same thing in Target and Toys-R-Us for $2 less plus I had a Disney Visa $5 off coupon (I could not use it on the phone order).
