Can you order off lunch menu for dinner?

We are going to Sci-Fi for dinner. I've heard it's a great place for burgers, but the burgers aren't listed on the dinner menu (per allears.net) Can you order from the lunch menu for dinner? Does it depend on the restaurant? Thanks!

There two weeks ago for dinner and the waiter offered right away that the burgers and something else from lunch time were available at dinner. Two had burgers. I don't know how often that it happens at other spots, a burger is easy to cook.
