Can you order a plain rib eye steak at Kona?

Due to allergies there is not much I can eat at Kona. But the rest of my party is set on going there. I am hoping they can cook a plain rib eye. Has anyone ever ordered one?

Yes and be sure to let your waitress know you have allergies, because of that there are many different specialities they can do for you.

That being said in WDW you can ALWAYS order the items plain WDW is really good about that!

We've been able to get an allergy safe plain steak at Kona. I don't recall what cut the steak was but it was definitely unmarinated.

We've had two really good allergy experiences at Kona. They have some wonderful chefs at the Polynesian who have prepared some wonderful and safe meals for us. You might not be limited to only a plain steak there. Note the allergy on your ADR and make sure your server knows when you're seated. A chef will come talk to you and go over your options.

They just took the ribeye off the menu at Kona but they have a strip steak.

I agree-great chefs at Walt Disney World. I have a milk allergy, and they are SO good about things, having the chef talk to you. You will be fine

We were at Kona last week and ribeye is no longer on the menu. New York strip is and I know you can order it plain. HTH.
