Can you only check a pin code by calling an agent?

I got an email from Disney with a numerical code, and I wanted to see what is was worth in terms of discounts. Is there any way to look this up on line, or do I have to place a call?

You either have to place a call, or use a TA (who also has to call). I'd be happy to call in and run some numbers for you if you'd like.

If it says something like a % off, you can play with the online booking & see if you can get a good guesstimate, but the best way to get a rate is to actually call in.
