It's in the Beach Club and that's by Epcot. I've never stayed there but I think that you can actually walk between the park and the resort via the International Gateway...someone correct me if I'm wrong. Last I heard you couldn't make reservations.
Beaches and Cream does not accept reservations - it's first come first serve.
It's located in the Beach Club, just back of Stormalong Bay (the main pool complex at the resort). You can leave Epcot through the International Gateway and walk there in about five minutes.
They do not take ADR's and there has always been a long wait (45 minutes+) whenever we have tried for a table. Consequently, we have never dined there, but have gone to the take-out counter for ice cream several times. It's Edy's ice cream which you can also get at Seashore Sweets on the BW.
It's also not that far from Disney Studios (just a boat ride away). But try to plan your stop at Beaches and Cream for mid-afternoon. That might be the best way to get in without a long wait. Lots of guests try to stop there after Illuminations or Fantasmic.
Now a question about the Kitchen sink- would it work for 8 people- I was thinking of getting bowls and sharing with our friends or are we better off with just our family of four? Thanks, jen

That is the biggest dessert I have ever seen!! We are staying at the Beach Club in December and plan to eat at Beaches and Cream. Can you get that thing with the dining plan??
They do not take reservations, BUT if you don't mind eating an early lunch, if you are there whent they open at 11:00am you can get right in. We did this in August. It worked perfectly. You can double check the time they open - it might be 11:30am.
