Hi,
I am a WLV owner.....say I add on BWV in my UY.

At 7 mths I can combine my points and make a ressie anywhere....WDW.
Can I combine points from 2 resorts for 1 night?

Can i borrow from both of these resorts for the same reservation?

Also Do the same rules apply for Concierge, DCL etc.....
Thanks
Kerri

Yes to all if the add-on contract is a true add-on to your initial contract - i.e., under the same member ship number.

If you buy directly from Disney, it will be under the same membership.

If you buy resale, to get it under the same membership, the resale must be titled exactly the same as your initial Master contract, have the same use year and the broker/closing agent must tell Disney that it is to be added to your Master. Tricky, but very doable.

If the second purchase is not the same contract, you can't combine points for a single night. So the first five numbers before the decimal point are different, they are different contracts. But if they are the same and the numbers after the decimal point are different, they are the same contract.

Yes...I think TSS is very familiar with this....but I saw something on Fidelity BWV that was only $2000 more for double the points in my UY:headache: I'm thinking I love BWV and school breaks are so high points it would be nice to have the standard option. WLV is cheaper direct...so I should stick with that and get my 2010 points bankable.

Thanks I bought resale and I added on direct once and they just added onto that contract number. Getting resale to guarantee that and March deadline...tricky.
Thanks

I am part owner of two different contracts (kids added as owners on one of them). I was once making a reservation for 5 days and was prepared to set up a 2 day res from one contract linked to 3 days from the other, but was surprised when the CM preferred to transfer the points from one contract to the other and then make one reservation. I had already used my one transfer per UY, but she didn't care. She said transfers having a common owner don't count against the transfer limit.

Good to know.....forgot all about transferring.
Thanks

That's unusual. When I transferred points from one contract to another, the CM told me that I had used my once a year transfer to do that. Both contracts have the same names, but mine is first on one and my husbands is first on the other. Two different UYs.
