Can you make a PS at Tempura Kiku?

I am somewhat confused about being able to make a PS for Tempura Kiku. After doing a search on this restaurant, several posts made reference to the fact that this is a non-PS restaurant. However, the priority seating calculator shows that you can make a PS. So, anyone with personal experience who can verify that you can make a PS here?

Thanks Crisi. I ended up calling WDW DINE and they verified that it is indeed a NON-PS restaurant. Guess we will just hope they are not too busy when we go!
