Can you laminate a DL Parkhopper Pass?

My sister is getting ready to leave for her first trip to DL and she was wondering if she can laminate the pass? That way she can punch a hole in it and they can wear it around their necks so they don’t get lost.

I would not do this because you have to put them into the Fast Pass machines. They probably wouldn't fit and might not scan. You can get lanyards with a plastic holder on them to put it in if you want. They sell those there.

Personally, I use a small purse across my shoulders to keep my pass in. It is easy to get to there.

The best $6.00 I've ever spent at Disneyland was for a pass holder. It's a plastic pocket that's on a retractable cord that I clip to my belt loop. I keep my AP and my fastpasses in the pocket so I don't have to open my purse and dig for them when I need them. I also get a gift card when I first get to the park and put as much money that I think I'll be spending on it. I keep that in the plastic pocket also so I rarely have to get into my purse.

Just a small warning on the fastpass lanyard holders. I have used them many times, but when I was with my niece at the park in September, her plastic holder actually slipped off the o ring and she lost her entrance pass and the fast passes we had collected for the day. Disney was great about replacing her entrance pass since it was our last day, but it did cause us to lose a few hours of park time retracing our steps with the hopes of finding it. I would recommend checking out the connection before giving it to your kids.

We found a great holder at Kinkos of all places. It has a clear front where we hold our parkhoppers and then a zipper in the back to hold the fastpasses. That way, when we take out the fastpasses, the park hopper doesn't fall out and vice versa. Also, the strap is sewn on instead of those loops that can fall off. I think it was about $6

You can also get those at the Character outlets, for less is theres one in your area. We useually get one free when we book through the DLR website, I has three at this point, but I dont useally use them I dont like to have things around my neck

Mine actually broke after two days! Right where the plastic thing with the whole was connecting to the pouch.

Thankfully I noticed and they gave me a replacement, but it was quite a scare.
