Can you help tell me what these are.

I have been looking for information on these two figures now for a while and can not find out anything. They have a stamp on there feet in red ink saying Walt Disney productions. They are very old I assume and Micky had lost his spring arms. I am looking to sell them however I want the rite price for them and wanted to give some information with them, dates ect. Thank you for looking. Really lost on this.
