Can you help me with my picture

With the help of Dan Murphy's instructions I copied this picture to my signature. But it is too big. Can anyone tell me how to make it smaller?

How's that?

You can adjust the size by changing the width="400" to a higher (bigger image) or lower (smaller image) number.
