We are driving from Central Indiana to WDW on Friday. Does anyone live along I 65 S from Indy to Nashville? Or I 24 S to Chattanooga then I 75 from there to I 4?

We should have flown, I know it's safer (and duh, quicker) but I'm a 5'10" chicken-woman. Our gas prices here have gone from 2.05 to 2.35 in the last few days. From what I understand I should get used to it, but this is going to cut into my M and M covered pretzel money.

I'm giving up the SUV and going to :moped:

Thanks Momsgoofy! I didn't know about gasbuddy. One things for sure, I'm going to wait until we're on the road to get gas. It's cheaper going south than it is here.

But we just got back on the 11th from Disney and the lowest price for gas I could get was $2.10 at the Hess station across from Downtown Disney, but that was on Tuesday. When we filed up yesterday it was up to $2.30 + around town.Hope you find cheap gas on the way. :wave2:

I drove from NJ yesterday. Paid $2.23-2.24 pretty much everywhere from VA to FL. Bought gas this am here in FL it was $2.23.

$2.39 in our area (around the Wash. DC are) actually a little higher the closer you get to Wash. DC. A tiny bit cheaper over in Virginia.
