Can you help me plan my resort touring day, PLEASE?!

We'll be staying at All Star Movies. On our arrival day, I wanted to see atleast the Poly and the Animal Kingdom Lodge and we have ressies at Chef Mickey's at 7:00. I know the Contemp. and Poly are on the monorail, but what's the best way to do this?

If you have a car, simply drive to the AKL, then on to the Contemporary. You can take the monorail around and see the Poly and the Grand Floridian from there. Security at the CR will give you about a 2hour parking pass, so this wouldn't be an extended visit. If you need more time, park at the TTC and you can walk to the Poly and monorail to the CR. Make sure you check in at the All Stars, since they will give you the parking pass for the park lots. If you do not have a car, take the AK bus and transfer to an AKL bus. When you are finished take an MK bus. When you arrive at the MK, either take the monorail on your resort tour or walk to CR for dinner, then tour. Easiest way back is from MK or TTC bus stops.

We are getting into FL at about 11:30, so we should be checked in by about 1:00 or so, I'm guessing. We were not planning on getting a car.

Here's my schedule. I'm trying to find a way to fit in the Poly and maybe the WL, the Boardwalk and Downtown Disney. Two out of our three less busy nights we end up at the Contemporary to eat. It's not very varied, but we were trying to squeeze those restaurants in. Any suggestions, guys?
