We are 2 families going in September. If one family stays at the Beach Club and the other at the Boardwalk, can we have join each other at both pools? The resort guest would be at whichever pool we go to. We'd just like to experience both resorts pools.

I believe that pool hopping to a resort other than the only you are actually staying at is only available to DVC members. And even then it is not allowed at BCV or Animal Kingdom.

Stormalong Bay is gated so you have to show your Beach or Yacht Club hotel key/id card to gain access to Stormalong Bay. Meaning everyone in your party has to be staying at the resort to be admitted.

someone else asked this efore and I think that if you were say at WL and wanted them to swim for the day you would have to ask, and if you wanted to stay in your room you could add them to your reservation and pay like 25 dollars per person
i would call and askfind out for sure
i know i wouldnt want my guests to be in the pool and be asked to show my room card
it seems pool hopping is enforced more than it used to be if you are a DVC member you can pool hopgood luck

If you want to spend a lot of time together it would just be easier to stay at the same resort.

September isn't usually a busy time, so you might not have a problem with visitors, but you'll have to get permission from someone. I've heard either the front desk or the lifeguards.

It's true that SAB is gated and we have been asked for ID (as we walked in) even during a very quiet week in september.

Hope it works out for you!
