Can you give away and/or trade reservations?

I have one that I may not want and one that is a bad time and would love to get a different time for.
Is there any way to give away or trade reservations if there is someone who wants them?

Disney no longer permits changing names on reservations, so probably not. The DIS boards can't be used as a forum for trading restaurant reservations.
