Can you get to top of the parking building?

If there's a shuttle launch, I was curious if you could take an elevator to the top of the parking building to watch? There may be one while I'm there, and on a day I'm going to Universal in the morning, it would be perfect.

You can ride the elevator or take the escalator up to the top. But you can also see the shuttles from inside the parks. They're pretty visible and it isn't necessary to be up high to see them.

As Phamton stated, you can get to the top of the garage but the view isn't going to be a lot better. I can see the launches from my front yard. The view from either the parks or garage is about as good a view as you're gonna get in Orlando.
