Can you get that Cinderella slipper dessert anywhere besides CRT?

I know some people brought it up w/ pics but it seems they all got it at Cinderellas Royal Table. In June it'll be our first time there (We're very poor college students) but I've saved a lot of money for disney & since it's my first time I really want to make the most of it and do everything I've wanted to do there. I REALLY want one of those slippers (they look so good!) Do they sell them any where else besides CRT? *We're mostly booked for the buffets and CRT was 100% booked and we really wanted to try it!

I think I read in the birthday cake thread that you can get the slipper cake at the Princess Storybook at Akershus restaurant (Norway,Epcot).

You can prolly order it from GF bakery but its gonna cost $$$$$ so much money for something that you can eat lol. They had a really cute one on another thread for graduations but then i saw the 40+ for less than 8 pieces and said forget it lol. So cute yet you eat it and we are on the DDP and dont need the extra sweets although we did order my mom a cake from WCC for mothers day and are having it sent to our room at WL but i would love to have the slipper dessert!

If you are referring to the white chocolate Cinderella Slipper dessert you can order it from the Grand Floridian bakery for any restaurant within the hotel that you have an ADR for.

I've ordered it on two separate occassions to be delivered during afternoon tea at the Gardenview Lounge.

It was $14 the last time I ordered it in October 2006.

PS. It is a little pricey but the presentation is terrific and it really does taste great!

OMG!! This looks super YUMMY! I can't wait to try it myself! :) :) :)

can someone just verify that what CRT serves for $12.50 is a bit different however? the photos i've seen is a much smaller slipper (almost a flat shoe).

if it looks like i think it does, i want to order one for each person, but if it's like the GF one, it looks like 1 would be sufficient.

The one we got at CRT was smaller it sat on a piece of angel food cake for its pillow. The CRT one is in my avatar...

but that was back in 2005 when it was actually on the menu, right? i'm wondering if it's changed since it's now a special order.

It's not as big as it seems in that shot. Look at how big the plate is.

The slipper dessert that I posted earlier is big enough for two adults to share -and it's hard to finish all of it because it's so sweet and rich. But we tried our best! ;)

I'm sorry I can't tell you anything about the CRT slipper - I've never been there.
