Here is a recipe from Skinnytaste.com that you could "indulge" in outside of vacation as well!! I've made these a few times (constantly dieting) and they come out GREAT!! I was so happy to find this recipe as I am too in love with fried pickles, which seem to just recently become popular in the philadelphia area.

I am sorry if this has already been asked and answered, but I tried using the search function for the forum with no luck.

Is there anywhere you can get fried pickles in WDW? I *love* fried pickles, almost as much as I love a Dole Whip, but I only indulge in things like that on vacation. If they have them at Disney, I am totally going for it!

I had some at jimmy buffets at city walk last year. YUM! I've never seen them @ WDW though sorry.

Oh wow, I might just have to do lunch at Rose & Crown and ask for extra fired pickles.

Yes, I am pregnant, but I have always loved pickles - I remember back when the pin shop in Frontierland was a General Store and they had an AWESOME pickle barrel and we'd get big, jucy, sour pickles (my mouth is watering right now thinking about it) - and just wondered if Disney had fried ones. I've had them as starters or sides in restaurants on occasion, so I thought maybe a Disney restaurant with a sort of southern bent might have them as a side.

Too bad we won't make it over to Uni this trip, but I'll have to file away the knowledge about Jimmy Buffets.

And that recipoe looks pretty good - thanks! I might get a chance to try it out next weekend.

I've never seen them in Disney, but they're at a lot of restaurants in the surrounding area. My favorite local fish restaurant sells them. The BEST I've ever had were at BLT Burger in Vegas!

Not on Disney property, but just outside of DTD is a Hooters and they serve Fried Pickels!

It is a side item with the Pub Burger... Both are delicious!

Now there is a Fried Pickle Appetizer at Sci Fi. Hasn't been updated on the menu, but been seen/had based on trip reports.

Edit: Ha! I just saw the picture on one of the previous posts. Look yummy, I love pickles.

I think the Rose and Crown in the UK section in Epcot has them.

Yes, it came with the hamburger. My husband had a fried pickle there a few weeks ago.

Personally, the Rose & Crown one looks better than the Sci Fi ones. I would love to have the Rose & Crown ones as an app.
