Can you get dining plan without MYW tix?

Can the Disney Dinig Plan be purchased seperatly?

I have AP's and I am a DVC member... But we were planning a quick trip this July and booking an All-Star, so I wanted the get the meal plan, without park tix.....

Unfortunatley no. At this time it is all one package. In order to have dining you would need to have room/tickets/dining all on the package. You can however book as many days as you want for the tickets and since they won't expire you could use them for a future trip. So you could book your hotel with 1 day tickets for everyone, regardless of how many nights you are staying, the dining will be linked to the amount of night of the reservation and you can save the one day tickets for future use.

Actually, DVC members CAN add the dining plan to their ressies without tickets, but they HAVE to be staying at a DVC resort with their points in order to take advantage. (renters of points are also eligible for this benefit)
