Can you get banned on VMK if you aren't online?

I was talking to SnowyJingleBells in DIS chat, she said to report one of my non-DIS friends. Since he's annoying me so much, it trying his darnest to get me banned. So I did. It had the "Thank You" message. He isn't online, but can you get banned if you aren't online? If this is true, I'm afraid to go on VMK.

So the only time that can't get banned is when VMK is closed? I'm afraid of going on VMK, and seeing millions of messages from that person. Or him reporting me and banning me because I reported him.

Personally, I don't think there's anything to worry about. Yes, you can be banned if you aren't online, but in your case, I don't seem to see a problem.

Yes, I know this may sound strange, but this is a 11 year old. A 12 year old scared of a 11 year old. (He told me he was 11 in VMK, and other personal info that I didn't need to know about him..) I had a great VMK life without him in the picture, but when he came back online I couldn't think. I can't sleep, I can't eat, I can't do anything when he's on. He scares me badly.
What am I supposed to do?

You can delete him from your friends list so he cannot easily find you on VMK or send you messages, and report him if he finds you and says stuff against VMK values. You can also use the ignore button and not see his chat.

Have you tried deleting this person from your friend list? If he is bothering you that bad it may be the way to go. Also, I do not think he can tell who has repoted him if he gets a warning message. I also think you should report him (if you havent already) for specificly giving out personal information. When you do report him state directly this person is givin out personal information about themselves.

He has two accounts. What I'm trying to do is:
One account he's nice,as if he's a regular player. His main account he's kinda mean and trying to get us banned. So what I'm trying to do is ban his main account, hoping he'll continue to stay nice on the other account.

I doubt your banned, just delete both his accounts, no matter how nice he is on the other one and try to go on. There is a 1,000,000,000,000 to 1 chance you'll meet up with him again in the same room

actually you can be found if youre in a guest room and he types in your VMK name it will tell the room youre in of course you can put the room on friends only

I have a room that is a "friends only" room that you can use to hide out for awhile if you need to (Suzee).

Delete his account, save his name and report him. Just click help and write in his name manually. Hide out in a friends only room for a bit so he'll get off your back. If you ever have an encounter with him, just leave. BTW, the waterpark pool is a tough place to get into, AND you can watch some interesting chats.

Thanks everyone for the tips! I told him about one of my other friends at school, she just had a scared look on her face. There's only one reason that I don't delete his accounts, he's friends with two of my other VMK friends. That he said is "banned" for some reason that I forgot. When I looked at his friends accounts one had something about an army, and the other where he was a baby. It's just scary knowing that one of your friends lives in the same place as you. My friend asked "Why don't you just ask him where he lives now?" I told her "I can't. I'll get banned. I've already been banned for stupid things before, and I'm not going to risk it. Besides, what if this is a 40 year old guy instead of a 11 year old?" She said "True. Just ask 'do you live in <initals for city that I live in>?'" Again, I told her "I'll get banned. I've already been banned for saying 'shut up.'" She asked "Well, if I ever go on VMK I'll just say 'shut up' over and over again." I answered "Fine. But you will get banned for it though."
