We are driving down and spending the night before WDW with some friends who live 2 hours away. Since we are staying in a cabin and have access to a kitchen, we were going to stop at the grocery store by our friends' and pick up some hamburger, hot dogs, and lunchmeat. We were going to freeze the meats then put them in the cooler on WDW day. Since we will be getting to the world hours before check in, we were thinking that the meats would remain good and cold in the cooler until we got in the cabin.
But can we freeze lunchmeat? If so, are there certain types? I was thinking that if we stick with ham or bologna we'd probably be okay.
