I am going to try to come close, but doubt it and it is just me my dd age 7 and my ds (10 months at the time of travel). But I don't do laundry on vacations unless some unusual occurrence necessitates it. Now I do know I will need to do better than this:

This is all our stuff packed for the vacation we took in June. I drove us to Virginia beach for 6 days. Driving will give you so much lee-way. Ds was only 5 months old, so I took everything but the kitchen sink. What you don't see is his rocker I took so he wouldn't have to lay flat on his back all the time in the hotel room. He also sat on the balcony in it. Had the boppy pillow for him to lay on in bed and for nursing. That dark bag up front is the backpack I used when we went out during the day.
That white plastic bag had 2 of ds's thick blankets in it for tummy time. When dd saw those, she brought me her Disney Princess snugli and said, "Please pack this too." She fell asleep under it the first night.
That big green mesh bag with the black strap is the beach bag. It had towels, dd's beach toys, our beach blanket and our pool floats (still packaged). The big burgundy upright suitcase is mine. I had very few shorts, but given ds was still so young, I had a lot of shirts, a lightweight jacket, some hats and 2 swim suits. I also had 8 days worth of diapers in my suitcase, plus his swim diapers. The small red upright suitcase is dd's and had her clothes and swimsuits, a lightweight jacket, some flip flops and a pair of sandals. The red duffle bag has ds's clothes, swim clothes, bibs, hats and 2 lightweight jackets. Another bag had all our toiletries. I put drinks in the red cooler-the bag with the gray strap. The round thing pretty much hidden is our tent for the beach. Love that thing.
What you don't see are the snacks I had already put in the car. I had to take one of the 3rd row seats out of our van to get all that and ds's Graco stroller in.
I learned a lot from that trip though and I know I took way too many clothes. We didn't wear half the stuff and ds did amazingly well not needing extra clothes. He only had one blow-out diaper all week.
Now of course I won't need half the stuff I take for a beach trip to go to Disney. I plan to pack outfits in zip-lock bags, and only take about half the clothes for dd and me. I think I packed enough for dd to change 3 times a day. Maybe I thought ds might puke on her too...who knows.

In reality I think I just packed everything I had bought her for summer instead of just deciding exactly what she would wear. Same with ds.
This time I'm doing Garden grocer so I won't need to pack snacks, diapers, wipes, formula or baby food beyond what we travel with. Even after removing them from the pack, it's amazing how much room 50 diapers takes up in a suitcase. It will be a bit tricky packing for warm and cool weather (we are going in November), plus I have to pack 2 nice dresses for dd (Akershus and 1900 Park Fare), but I'm going to get some jeans I can just repeat and do the same with dd, but we will still have extra shirts.
We're doing matching t-shirts, that I am making from designs I got on here, so that will cut down on all the shirts I tend to pack. I'm packing shorts for ds, cuz he'll be in the carrier a lot and if it's 80 I want him comfortable, but for dd I'm packing lightweight pants and if it's 80, she'll just have to deal because at sundown she'll be like "I'm cold". Going to have her cover her lap at every meal to cut down on messes. That girl's clothes attract ketchup (or any other sauce) like a magnet.
My goal is one large suitcase and one small one with room to spare. As to carry-ons, I used to be bad about this when dd was younger. So nervous about keeping her entertained on the plane I'd end up with two huge backpacks (1 for each of us). This time she will have her own small one. I will have one large one (has to fit my Ergo carrier after I remove ds from it for security). I expect dd to be in a trance the entire plane ride looking at her custom activity/memory book I'm putting in there. Ds is entertained by paper, so as long as he had some to crinkle, a teething ring to chew on and enough milk he's good.
I wish you the best packing for 2 adults and 2 preschoolers with one bag. I imagine given you are doing laundry midweek it is doable. I also imagine those space savers would be an option.
