I'm not positive about the Rose garden at the MK but I'm assuming that it's on the side (right side if you're looking at the castle from main street) of the Castle. I'm sure someone will correct me if that's not the case. The Rose garden walkway at Epcot starts on the right side of Future World. If you are heading towards Imagination/Honey I Shrunk the Audience, you should see it. If you follow it it takes you up to the main walkway heading towards Canada. I hope that's clear enough!

I think the MK one is on the right just before the Belle's Storytime area.
Near an area tht looks like a boat landing.

I was there 2 weeks ago but there weren't any roses in bloom at that time.
