Can you explain the 2 BR lockoff at BCV to me?

My parents and their widowed next door neighbor (my second mother) are talking about coming with us next year and my mom said, "we'll just get a different room than you and then use your kitchen", which is just fine with me, we all get along fabulously. But I'm thinking it's just the same as getting a 2 BR lockoff isn't it? How is that room configuration different from the dedicated 2 BR which we just had last week?

Thanks for any explanations,

Deb

It depends if you had a 2 bedroom with 2 queens or one with a queen and a queen sleeper sofa. Basically there will be two doors in between your studio and your 1 bedroom so that they can be locked off just like connecting rooms at a regular hotel. You will only have one closet in the studio and it will be located on the wall between the beds and the sink. Because of this there will only be one sink in the studio. Across from the sink there will be a small kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, coffee pot, toaster and a sink. The studio will have a queen size bed and a double sleeper sofa. There will be door that goes out in to the hallway from the studio.
