Can you ever request a CM?

I have called the WDW-DINE two times now to ask some questions - first got a very knowledgeable CM, second time not so much. I am nervous about getting a newbie when I call Friday. Wish we could request, but we obviously don't know their schedules. And when you have called WDW-Dine has the connection been horrible? Seems like the conversation cut out a few times and she was very hard to understand and hear.

You sure cant. As soon as one call ends another one comes in. Theres no transfering allowed

Why you can't request or find a specific dining CM
. . . most ressie CM names are made-up
. . . other CM's don't know the CM aliases, as they change often
. . . there are five ressie call centers
. . . there are A LOT of work-at-home dining CM's
