Can you enter Nickelodeon hotel property if not a guest?

My DD and I are interested in stopping at the Nick hotel just to check it out for about an hour. I will have a rental car. I am aware the pool is for paying guests and have no intention of "pool hopping", my DD just really wants to see the hotel. Are you able to do this if you are not staying there?

You may want to contact the sales office and see if this would be allowed.

I rephrased the title of my post since I thought maybe it was being interpreted as we were looking for a formal tour. I really just want to know if we can park and check out the hotel, that's it.

I am sure the answer is probably yes, I mean I "tour" the Disney hotels all the time...check out the lobby, grounds, etc. But wanted to double check. Was trying to avoid a phonecall since I thought someone on the boards might have a quick yes or no answer.

We tried to tour the hotel in 07/09, and they would not allow us. You can't even get on the property without proof that you are staying there. They have a security guard in the parking lot.

Thanks that is what I needed to know, we'll skip it.

I would call them and ask....we did just that stopped by and asked the front desk person if we could look around they gave us wrist bands to put on and away we went, we were there for quite awhile because my little guy wanted to see the bucket of slime drop and we still had around a 1/2 hr or more to go before it dropped again so we sat by the pool and waited after we looked around.

When we went it was a few years ago but they did have the security guard at a gate and we just told them what we wanted to do and they let us thru so unless they have changed alot I would call and ask..It would be in their best interested to let you look around who knows you may love it and want to stay there the time you visit Orlando.

We went one day and said we just wanted to look at the hotel to see if we might want to stay in the future, they gave us a tour of the whole property and even some rooms. It's obviously not like the Disney hotels were you can just stroll right in and tour them by yourselves but if you really want to see the hotel then I would think they would still give you a tour, but it's definitely not as accessible.
