if you aren't staying at that paticular resort? We will be staying at the All Star Movies, but I am wondering if it is okay to do things like the petting zoo and campfire and also watch the electrical water pagent?

As long as you are a guest on Disney property, you may partake of any ypo wish to at any resort including the pools.

Hi there...

I think the previous poster meant "Excluding the pools"

You can participate in extras at other hotels including renting water mice etc... visiting the animals at AKL and FW.

The Electric water parade as well - as long as you realize hammocks and chairs for for the resort guests staying there.

Have a great trip

>>^..^<<

Hint: If it costs money, you can certainly do it! This includes watercraft, bikes, children's clubs, spas, health clubs, etc.

In general you can only use the pool at the resort you are staying at.

If you aren't sure, you can always call the resort and ask.

You can use the pools at other resorts. You just have to show your park pass so they know you are a disney guest. Years ago you didn't even have to do that but they discovered non-disney guests were usung them. We've never had a problem using a pool at a resort different from ours.

Oh no! Not the pool hopping argument again.

Even if you are a Disney Resort guest, you cannot use the pools at other resorts. You used to be able to, but now you cannot. It is against Disney policy.

That's right Dodie, otherwise I think BC pool would be overrun everyday. lol:D Seriously, I asked this question just recently and they told me no that you are only entitled to your pool at your resort:

I asked during our last stay and they said "No"...
I also saw them very politely ask a family to leave at Christmas time who were using the AKL pool and staying at The Contemp.I wouldn't want the humiliation of being asked to leave myself. JMO...:D

Since the original poster is staying at ASMo I think they can use the pools at the other 2 All Star resorts as well as their own, but I would suggest that you check with quest services when you check in to verify.

This isn't correct. The resort pools are for the exclusive use of guests of that resort. There are exceptiosn for "sister" resorts (ie you'll be able to swim at all the All Star Pools), but you may not pool hop to other resorts. ThHere is signage and specific written policies on this.

You may also venture to other resorts to rent watermice and bikes, watch the torchlighting ceremony, dine, etc.
