Can you go eat at whispering canyon in the wilderness lodge even though you are staying in a different resort? Or if I am in Magic Kingdom and decided to go to wilderness lodge for dinner can you do that? :confused3

You sure can-every restaurant is open to any guest.

Sure Can!!!

We are staying for 14 nights in September and are eating at almost every resort location. We are staying at POP, but not eating there at all :cool2:

You can eat anywhere on property but you do need a park admission ticket to eat at restaurants inside the 4 Theme Parks

Not only can you do it but I highly recommend it! One of our favorite pasttimes at WDW is touring the different resorts and seeing the theming that each has to offer. Also, they have different activities or "attractions" at each resort - i.e. the geyser at the Wilderness Lodge. Plus, the boat ride itself is really fun!! pirate: Enjoy!

Im staying at the Pop also. Think this is going to be so much fun!

We always stay at Poly or WL or both lately, we used to AKL it in spring break, BC in summer and GF or BW for x-mas. I couldn't imagine a trip that I didn't get to eat at Narcoossee's, Jiko, Yachtsman Steakhouse or Artist Point, I think I would stay at each hotel over a span of two weeks if I had to!

We also stay at Pop and eat at several resorts. I enjoy getting to see all of the themed resorts. I think it would be neat to take one day and just tour the resorts, but I can never find time in the schedule!

I copied that from your post, Mickey Man. What is the geyser at Wilderness Lodge? You said the boat ride was fun. Do you remember what the boat ride was called? Is is a transport to the lodge? I tried pulling it up on the Disney site, but cant get it.

Thanks
Sam

Thats one of the great parts of the WDW trip is to be able to experience it all no matter where you decide to stay! :)

Resort hopping is da bomb! Have a great time. :goodvibes The boat ride is transportation from MK to WL. And they geyser is basically water shooting up in a column. Sorry don't have a better definition. But it is a nice site to see.

I mean the ferry boat from MK to the Wilderness Lodge, and at the Lodge they have a geyser they so cleverly named Ol' Faithful that "goes off" every hour.

The boat from MK to the WL is a really nice ride... Give yourself about a half hour for travel time... Because the boat may not be at the dock when you get there...The ride itself is about 15 minutes and is lovely.

I am ready to go so bad! Right Now! I'm about to jump out of my skin! Dont want to wait till October. :jumping1: I feel a fit comin' on!!!:rotfl2:
