That might be doable time-wise. When we ordered the Collection menu, that was a 3-hour affair that spanned our MDR seating and the show. The Passion menu looks to be fewer courses, so you may be able to do it all in 2 hours and 15 minutes. If you tell your waiter what you'd like to do, they will do their best to accommodate. We asked if we could have the Collection menu and make it to the show. They said it would be difficult, but they could have the kitchen work fast to get the dishes out. They did say that they did not want to have to do that since it can compromise the service. We opted to skip the show and let the Enchante staff work at their own pace. That was the correct decision, for sure.
Maybe after you board, you can talk to the dining staff to arrange for 1923 to be on the night you go to Enchante. That way, you won't miss any of the dining shows, but can still experience the dining room itself.
