Can you create an iTunes wishlist?

Can I create a "wishlist" of songs I'd like to buy, but not necessarily at that time? Kind of like Amazon.com wishlist. There are a lot of songs I like but sometimes I don't have any money in my account and would like to keep them all in one spot.

No direct way to create one so I create a playlist that I use exclusively for ones I may want later and simply don't download them. In fact I've gone three of them, each for a different genre.
