Can you change passengers after PIF?

I have been planning a cruise for two people for this November. It's past the PIF date. Is it possible to switch out the second person on the reservation?

I've read that there may be a charge to do so. Also read that "changing" a passenger is a cancellation of the first and adding the second (and the new passenger will cost the prevailing rate for the cruise).

I switched people around and nothing changed price wise because it was an even swap.

“Switched people around” as in changing room assignments of guests already booked? Or swapping out a guest originally booked for a different guest who wasn’t booked?

Since the PP mentioned that price didn't change and was responding to my question, I think it's the latter.
