Can you change a room only ??

I booked a room only at DLH through Disney. Can I upgrade it to a package to include tixs to get MTTM and kids price tixs?????

I don't see why not. Just call and ask them. If worse comes to worse you may just have to book a new package and cancel the room only ressie.

Tickets should be no problem, changing a room sometimes is. Make sure they are not charging you a change fee.

Mickey's Toontown Morning Madness is part of the Walt Disney Travel Company package, so you would not be able to get that with a room-only reservation. However, you could get the everyone plays at the kids price with the 3+ day hoppers and pick those up at the hotel.
