Can you carry on an Epi-Pen?

Ok I haven't flown recently... But if I have a prescribed Epi-Pen can I take it on the plane or do I have to check it?

If I can carry on do I need a Drs note?

For this matter, can I bring it into the parks? (WDW parks if it matters)...

yes you can carry it. Let the TSA agent know. You can actually carry multiple in case you need them. No doctors note needed. Yes you can carry it into disney.

Never flown with one, but we bring our daughter's epi pen into disney with us and they have never said anything. I'm sure you'd be allowed to bring an epi pen on a plane. Can you imagine the ADA lawsuit if they refused?

The pen can go on. Forget the note. TSA does not accept notes from anyone. Who's to say they are real? They are not going to call your doctor to confirm it.

We carry the box with the prescription still on it in a clear ziplock bag with any other things we are carrying on and just put it in the plastic containers for them to see going through security. No one has ever said anything. At Disney if you mention you are allergic to anything they will have the chef talk to you so they
understand your allergy to best serve you. The disney security folks never questioned the pens either. Good Luck

As long as you have the prescription label, you should be OK. Technically it does have liquid in it but not enough to worry about.

Medical liquids are a separate thing from the 311 baggie.

No Rx labels are needed. Unless you're going to a country where something is illegal without a prescription, of course. Like a man taking HCG into Australia; gotta have the prescription and label on it, because it's banned for non-prescription use. That's not the case with an epipen. Do what makes you feel comfy, of course, but it's not required.
