We are taking suits on our next flight and have to find away to get them there without having to put them in a suitcase.

We have a plain garmet back....not really thick and no handle you just carry the hangers through.

Could I bring this as a carry on??? If not how safe would it be to have it checked???

Thanks

Most airlines still have hang-up space in the cabin between first class and coach seating. If there is room available after accepting articles from first class passengers, the flight attendants are usually more than happy to hang garment bags for you.

If you fly with suits often, you might want to invest in a rollaboard with a special folding attachment for suits. DH uses a 22" from TravelGear; the suit folder has two padded bars that close across the suit to keep it from creasing when it is folded over.
