Hi I am new here....sorry if this is a dumb question, but I can't seem to find the answer. I bought tickets when I made my reservation for Disney World. I bought the paper ones and they were being held at Will Call for me to pick up. I keep seeing that if tickets are shipped they are not refundable, but what if they are holding them at Will Call? Can I cancel them?

This is a total guess, but I would not think so.The transaction has been completed and I don't think it would matter how the tickets are delivered to you.

If your tickets have already been paid for then I believe it would be considered a return & passes are never returnable/refundable.

But tickets purchased - either shipped or held at will call- are non transferable and non refundable. They're yours... enjoy your trip.

Ok so here's a question....the tickets are at Will Call. Can I make the tickets non expiring tickets and give them a different CC to charge the remainder so I can use for another trip? They are not tickets on the room key, they are paper ones,

I would think so. Bascially, you would pick up your tickets, then have them upgraded. I don't think it would matter how you paid for the upgrade costs.

That shouldn't be a problem. As the person above me said, you'd just be upgrading. I'm sure changing a method of payment isn't a big deal. Heck, I've bought groceries with 2 different forms of payment *grin* why not Tix? Have fun!

Keep in mind that the 14 days does not start running until the first use. If you save them for another trip and use all the days then, you would not need non-expiring.
