Can you cancel one person from a reservation?

I am booking reservations for our trip and I have one son who isnt staying the entire week. The day he is leaving he isnt sure of the time ( we will know before we go) If he leaves before lunch can I cancel him from our lunch reservation but still keep the reservation for the rest of us?

You can call and modify the reservation,but it is not necessary. You can just let the Cast members at the podium know that there is one less person when you check in. As long as at least 1 person shows up for the reservation you will not be charged for the missing person.
