Hi everyone

I have a question for you. We are going on the Jan 24, 2004 Eastern cruise. The other day I just booked land/sea for 12/5/04 with the room 6134 that I wanted. At the time of booking I didn't know that DCL was offering a 10% discount besides the onboard credit. I wanted to make sure I got this room 6134 due to it was downgraded from cat 6 to cat 7. If I find out while on board that I could get a less expensive rate then I already have now can I cancel onboard the current resv and remake another resv and try to get the room that I want? I need your expert advise?

I have done just this before but don't know if they frown upon it or not. The agent on board the Wonder (can't remember her name) was very nice about it. But I am still waiting for the deposit credit (had to pay again b/c it was now a new booking) and it seems that the old ressie wan't canceled (I received correspondence from DCL about an increase in the port fees for Grand Cayman sent with the old ressie # & room #)
