MS can do that for you (and accept your payment) when making a reservation that require them. It's a very simple process.

I just bought 20 one time use points today to supplement my Nov. stay. I called and the CM got another person on the call with us to take my credit card info. It was easy and fairly quick.

How urgent do you need the points? Get points transferred to your account from another member if you can wait alittle bit.

$15 per point. Max of 24 once per use year as a single transaction.
