Can you book two connecting rooms at DLC with points? Meaning a door in between the two rooms... lock off-ish... I think ajoining is next to each other... connecting rooms have the door... hmmmm or is it the other way around...

We are thinking about taking a trip to California, and would love to check out Disneyland while there.... but one room just doesnt do it for us..... and we dont want to pay cash and stay in a suite.

Do any of the DL hotels offer that option?? I know ASM does...

And... what about Concierge collection hotels???If the hotel offers connecting rooms, can you book them via MS that way?

Thanks bunches!

I can't help you with the booking. But you are right about terminology. Unlike most of the hotel industry, Disney does not promise a connection between adjoining rooms—just that they'll be next to each other. To get the inside door you have to request connecting rooms.

They have several rooms in the Disneyland Hotel that have a connecting door.

Disney will not "guarantee" a connecting arrangement, but if you note it during your reservation, they will make "every attempt" to accommodate your request.

With 4 children, we've made this request several times before and have never been disappointed.

That said, the Disney Grand Californian Hotel has a very unique room arrangement with a king bed, a pair of bunk beds, and an additional trundle bed under the lower bunk. Technically, the room has a capacity of 5 persons, but we are comfortable (albeit cozy) in there with the two small children sharing the trundle. Again, Disney won't guarantee this type of request, but they make every effort to accommodate your request. Just note on your reservation that you need the "bunk bed" room arrangement.

Have fun at Disneyland. It's a great experience. If you have never been there before, 3 days should be sufficient to experience most everything at the resort.

I notice in your picture you have 3 kids. Just to let you know, some of the rooms at the Grand Californian at Disneyland will sleep 5. The room we were in last trip had a King (or Queen) size bed; a set of bunk beds: and a trundle bed.

Hope this helps
