Can you book more than one room with BB?

We will be traveling to DW in Jan and hope to book a BB for later in the year. On that trip we will be traveling with 3 other families, can I book 4 rooms with the BB? If so, do they all have to be at the same hotel?

Thanks

I believe you will only be able to book 2 rooms, 1 for each adult currently in your hotel stay. AND they have to be in your name & your spouse's names.

I also had a question about this. My dh and I will be there at the end of January and hope to book a bb for late November for two rooms (a family gathering). However, it is possible my dh WON'T be coming on the Nov trip. Can both rooms be under my name? Or if we used his name can we change it to another name later in the year? :confused3

You would have to ask the CM's this when you book the BB. I've heard it can be very hard to change the lead name on a ressie, so I'm not sure what their answer will be.

You can change anything on a ressie, but the lead. Your stuck on that one.

You can book one room per adult on the ressie with a bounce back. If you have 1 adult, one room (per time period--you can book two different rooms under different time frames with a bounce back offer); 2 adults, 2 rooms; 2 adults, 3 rooms; etc, etc.

Thanks rt2dz... that's what I had always heard. I had to 'fix' the spelling on my own kid's name on our upcoming ressie. :rotfl: The CM told me then, so long as he wasn't the lead, she wouldn't have a problem.

Hmmm I was afraid of that. My dh and I will be there in January but he probably won't be able to go on our Grand Gathering trip in November with the rest of my family. I was hoping to book 2 rooms with the bb. One for me and the kids and the other for my adult brother and sister.
We had been considering a villa instead of two rooms at BC. Maybe I should book that for all of us. Are they included in the BB offers??
Which villa should I look at for 3 (possibly 4) adults and 3 children? :confused3

Villas are included in bounce back offers. However, you'll usually (not always, but usually) save more money on a villa by renting points than by booking with any discount. Some exceptions to that is that Disney has a hard time booking Saratoga Springs and Beach Club (??) and can offer really, really nice discounts/incentives on those, but still it's frequently cheaper to rent points for those.

I wouldn't worry about which villa you choose, just pick a theme you like (the best deal) and go for the amount of space you would want.

For renting points, and discovering information on the different DVC resorts, head over to the DVC boards.

Old Key West & Saratoga Springs will be your best bet for a family of 7. Saratoga Springs has the Treehouse Villas, that look like they would be a lot of fun! Here is a desription of them from the travel agent's website:
Treehouse Villas let you ascend to your own cabin in the sky. Tucked just out of sight in a thicket of cypress, oak and pine trees, each of the villas sits 10 feet above ground, nestled among the local flora and fauna. These Villas have one queen-size bed in the master bedroom, one queen-size bed in the second bedroom, one set of bunk beds in the third bedroom, and one queen-size sleeper sofa and one sleeper chair in the living room. The Villas have one master bathroom with whirlpool tub and a second full bathroom. A full kitchen includes pots and pans, flatware, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Amenities include flat-panel TVs, DVD player, in-room safe, voice mail, high-speed Internet access (additional fee), hairdryer, iron, ironing board, Pack 'n Play® Playard and stacked washer and dryer. All Villas are non-smoking.
.

The regular 2 bedroom villas at Saratoga & OKW would work just as well, for the same price as the treehouses.
I do have to say though, it would be MUCH cheaper if you booked one room at BB and second room at rack rate & waited for a deal to come out at a mod or value. The sad thing is, the villas are more expensive than 2 rooms at many resorts!

Thank you both for your input! :thumbsup2 I think we are going to go with the 2 rooms.
