Were doing a split stay between Universal and Disney - we'd only need transport back to the airport after the Disney leg of our trip. Is it possible to do that?

We could hire a car but we wouldn't really need it apart from for airport travel - there are six of us plus 8 cases if that makes any difference :)

You can also book your return journey from WDW to MCO at your resort.
You can mention it at check in or at your leisure. They do like a few days notice.

Just to add, "been there, done that"-several times. When DH was working, we rented a car, but then he had to leave to go back to work, and I'd stay on solo for several more days. In that case, I took DME one way, just back to the airport.

Thank you everyone! We have sorted it now (although DME on the way home will be nowhere near as exciting as arriving) :guilty:
