No, by phone only (or by Guest Services or a resort concierge while at WDW). You must specifically ask for the Fantasmic package.

and after you call and book, you can't review your ressie online. this made me very nervous about the package i had booked until a CM informed me that because it was unable to book online, it was also unable to view online. good luck with your ressie

FYI-I just checked and I can see our fantasmic booking for January online. I entered it with the confirmation and phone number and it comes up.

I have tried several times to look up my F! ressie on line, but all I ever get is an error code
