True -- my point was actually more about how unfair it is that only certain people are lucky enough to get the media to provide them that service.

Hey the media is there for everyone not just specific people some choose to use it as an outlet for things like this other choose to suffer through the fight. As I said I am glad our insurance works differently up here and Canada won'tr allow American insurance carriers to sell auto or home policies in Canada and I am sure this is one of the biggest reasons. State Farm has allready been through legislation for supplying replacement parts as new that were not new. Now no matter how old or new the vehicle they are required by law and the insurance industry of Canada to provide new replacement parts etc for all claims no matter the cost to them.
