Can you add someone to the room later?

We have booked an October Cruise and in one room we only have 3 people. If mamaw decides to go , can we get her in this room? How do I go about doing it?

Not necessarily, there are a limited number of quad rooms that sleep four and they are subject to availability. It is much better to add the person NOW to get a quad room and if you need to drop her from the reservation you can do so any time up until final payment is due without penalty.

As long as your stateroom that you have reserved is able to accomodate another person you should be fine. Last year, when we booked our cruise for this year while still on board the Magic, we said we really couldn't afford the deposit right then for each of our family members. The lady told us to just pay for as many as we could and we could add the others on later. We were sure to reserve a stateroom that could accomodate the 5 of us, so that there would be no problem adding the others on later.

we had 3 people booked in our cat. 11 cabin for 12/5/02 3 day and then decided to add a 4th person 10 days before the cruise. I called DCL even though I had booked through AAA and they were able to tell me that the "computer would let them do it". In other words, I would have to go through AAA, but our cabin could accommodate another person as well as the ship.

I want to book my sister and my Mother in the room across from me -- It would be a cat 11. Everytime I put in that there are 2 people in the room, the cabin I want is not available. If I put in for 4 people, it comes avail. I have been tempted to book for 4 and drop the 2 later. I REALLY want them right across the aisle. Hardly seems the same to have them around the corner and up the aisle.

Do you think if a TA called, I could get the cabin I want even with only 2 people?
