Can you add money to an existing gift card?

I apologize if this answer is somewhere obvious, but I can't find a definitive answer from Google.
I have an existing gift card that I haven't used yet. I'm going to get another, but I was wondering if instead of buying a new one, I can just add more money to the one I have? I know I'll have to do it online or at the Disney Store if it IS possible.

I think you can do it at a Disney Store, but someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

I was at Walgreens a couple of weeks ago and was going to buy a Disney Gift Card. I asked if I could just add to an existing card, and they said I could add whatever amount I wanted but there would be a $4 charge. Might check into it at least. Hope that helps.

Just buy a new giftcard and add the value to the giftcard u want. I merged all my xmas cards into 1.
