Can you activate an AP at the TTC?

I read on another post that someone did, but it was older. I just want to double check it's still possible. I know it can be done at any park or DS, but I'd prefer to use the TTC if possible.

You can activate an AP at any Park Ticket Window or Guest Relations Location. This includes the locations at the TTC & Disney Springs.
