I recently started selling and have my first of probably many problems.
1st- AN item that sold this morning, literally broke as I was packing, but it hasn't been paid for yet? What do I do? I sent an email to buyer but what are my responsibilites after that?
2- An item that ended 3 days ago for over $200.00 is still not paid. The buyer has asked 3 times for inovices and I have complied all times. She has excellent feedback, but I am afraid she is having buyers remorse. She indicated she was using paypal, but so far nothing. Is it too soon to send her an email?
3- ok I lied... hehehe I won a pair of shoes for DD listed as like new "excellent condition" but I got them and they had paint splatter on them!! Not too bad, but it was not disclosed and I feel mislead. I sent an email and she offered a refund after I return, but who sould pay $7.00 for shipping?
