Can we visit other resorts?

Hi, just wondering, we're staying at FWR, but can we go to other resorts to take pictures? Not to use the pools ok, i know the rules.

In 2005 we visited the AKL after AK closed and my DD participated on a little parade it was fun, we also watched the animales.

You can visit, eat at and shop at other resorts. We usually plan 1 day a trip just to resort hop.

Good. In 2005 we had dinner at the GF and we took lots of pics, shop too.

This has become a much-loved part of our trips now. Resort-hopping! Last
time, adult DD and I did this and had a cocktail at all the lounges/pool bars.
Well, maybe not ALL of them. They would have had to pour us back onto the
bus! It was great fun. We ended with the delicious Boma buffet at the end
of the day.

I love to visit the other resorts. I always make time for a bike ride at FWD. You can most defintately go to any of the resorts to eat and to check out the lobbies etc. I would suggest WL (easy to get to from FWD) anything on the monorail and AKL. If you are looking for a great resort to visit and have a snack I like the Beach Club or Boardwalk.

Wow...I've never visited the other resorts.... I felt I'd be 'intruding'.. LOL
I stayed at ASMu and CS.. and we went to Ft Wilderness to do the marshmellow roast and movie.. but we may have to take some time to visit the resorts now

It´s a totally awesome experience we spend at least one day in every trip to the world, visiting all of the Deluxe and moderates resorts

Can you get to most of the resorts from anywhere? How about can you take a stroller in the boat with you to go to the other places?

You can take your stroller on the boats and buss. Though you can't use the pools, there are lots of things you can do while resort hopping: watch animals at AKL, rent bikes and boats (several resorts), watch "street" performers on the Boardwalk, relax on the beach at BC, YC, and GF...plenty of fun.

Resort Hopping is the first thing we do after we check in!! We are so excited to be in Disney that we jump on board a bus and check out all the other resorts. All the gift shops are so different so it's a treat to wander into all of them and being able to take alot of pictures of all the Disney properties.

Your day sounded like serious fun!
I was just talking with my daughter about maybe doing a trip just she and I, I think we will have to plan some days to just hop from one resort to another and drink my way throught the resorts over the course of the trip! LOL I'm kidding, after more than one drink I would need to go back to our room and be poured into my bed, yes I know, I'm a cheap date. LOL But sounds like fun to try some drinks and maybe some munchies from each one. Humm, I'm thinking this might have to be a seperate trip with a girlfriend. You could get into some good trouble with a girls weekend doing something like this.
